Our free sellers pack can be your perfect way of selling golf to us. For members of the general public, you can simply enter your details into our online form and send over your gold to us. Then, you will receive a summary of what we will pay for your gold and send it over! It is as simple as filling out a form.

The process in detail

1. You will be required to select which form you need. You can pick from either ‘free pack’ or ‘trade’. Unfortunately, our ‘trade’ package is for our business and trade customers, so you will be required to choose the ‘free pack’ option, as it is only available for members of the public.
2. The free seller pack form requires the following details:
   1. First Name
   1. Last Name
   1. Address Line
   1. Address Line (2) – if necessary
   1. Town
   1. Email Address
   1. Contact Number
   1. Alternative Number – if necessary
3. Once completed, and the Terms and Conditioned are agreed to, is the stage of posting your gold to us. You will receive a supplied bag, provided us, shortly after the online form is completed. When posting, it must be ensured that all of the gold is packed carefully into the Jiffy bag provided and sealed efficiently. Once packaged, please list your items on the form provided, making sure to list each item, their purity and their weight (if known). If unsure on the weight of the gold, not to worry, we can work that out for you.
4. Once all of the gold items are placed in the bag, and the form is filled out, the package can be taken to the post office. The post bag provided requires the Royal Mail Special Delivery, which insures your items for up to £750. If a bigger value is needed, you can pay for additional cover at the post office, up to the value of £2,500.00. During this process, make sure the receipt is kept, as if we buy your gold, we will refund you with the amount paid for delivery, along with the payment of your gold.
5. If visiting us in our shop location, we will assess your items then and there and make an offer, however through our free sellers pack, we will have to wait for your items to arrive to assess and review the offer. Within 24 hours of receiving your gold, we will contact you with an offer.
6. We will record our staff opening your parcel once it is received, due to security reasons. The items will be weighed and tested for the correct purity. Once all of our inspections are completed, we will contact you with an offer. BACS payments are our preferred method of payment; however, a cheque can also be issued to you.
